Location

Blairlogie is in Stirlingshire in Central Scotland, right at the gateway to the Highlands.    To get there you can use any of the following:
Road
From the M80 or M9 motorways, take the A91 Stirling/St Andrews road and follow it to the foot of the beautiful Ochils Hills, where it turns right at the round-about at Logie.   Drive on for about 1/2 mile to reach Blairlogie on the left.

Bus/Taxi
Stirling is a hub centre for most buses going through Central Scotland.   On arriving at the bus station, ask at the information office for bus details to Blairlogie.  The bus stops at the village.    You can also get a taxi from the stance at the bus station.

Rail
Numerous trains pass through Stirling railway station.  At the station exit there is a taxi rank,  and the bus station for Blairlogie is only a few moments walk along to the left.

Glasgow and Edinburgh airports are readily accessible by rail or road.

Blairlogie is ten minutes from the historic
city of Stirling and the ancient and famous  Stirling Castle which provides a wonderful interactive experience.    The expression Sterling Silver comes from the time when Stirling Castle had the Royal Mint, and Sterling Silver meant high quality silver from that Mint.   Blairlogie is within easy reach of Glasgow, Edinburgh, St Andrews and Perth by train or bus, each about 45 minutes travel time away.    There are excellent rail and motorway connections close by.   The magnificent highlands and the spectacular Trossachs area is a very short drive away.  Here you can experience the beauty of mountains, lochs  and glens.  You can easily visit the string of beautiful fishing villages in the East Neuk of Fife, such as Pittenweem or Crail.
